Return & Exchange Policy

At Lil Vastra, we strive to provide you with the best quality handcrafted products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and exchange terms below.

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:
    • Unused and unworn.
    • In its original packaging.
    • Free from stains, perfume, or damage.
    • Accompanied by tags and invoice.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
    • Customized or made-to-measure products.
    • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
    • Accessories.
  • Return Approval: All returns are subject to a quality check by our team. If the product fails the inspection, the return/exchange request will be rejected, and the same item will be shipped back to the customer.
  • Exchange Process: Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Size issues (subject to availability).
    • Manufacturing defects.
    If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided only for prepaid orders upon successful return approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • COD Orders: COD orders are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not issued for COD orders; instead, store credit may be provided in eligible cases.
  • Return Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of defective or incorrect products delivered, Lil Vastraa will bear the return shipping charges.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been dispatched. Prepaid order refunds will be initiated after cancellation confirmation.
  • Uncollected / Refused Parcels: If a customer repeatedly refuses or fails to accept COD/prepaid parcels, future orders may be restricted. Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Delivery within India

We deliver to almost every part of India, subject to confirmation from our courier vendor.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: It takes approximately 7 – 10 working days for Handcrafted Products to be delivered to your doorstep.
  • Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances: Delivery may sometimes take longer due to:
    • Bad weather.
    • Flight or logistics delays.
    • Political disruptions.
    • Other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customer Support: In such cases, our customer support team will proactively be in touch with you. We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
  • Order Cancellation Due to Delay: The customer can cancel the order at any moment if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If the order is prepaid, the customer will be refunded back to the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all Prepaid orders.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD): The COD cost is included in the shipping charges.
  • COD Booking Amount: We require a 5% booking amount for all COD orders, which is deducted from the final actual rate of the product.
  • Refused Parcels (COD): If you refuse to take the parcel after it has been dispatched from our warehouse, the 5% booking amount will not be refunded.

International Shipping

  • Taxes and Duties: The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are collected by the courier or local authorities upon delivery.
