Delivery within India
We deliver to almost every part of India, subject to confirmation from our courier vendor.

Estimated Delivery Time: It takes approximately 7 – 10 working days for Handcrafted Products to be delivered to your doorstep.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances: Delivery may sometimes take longer due to:
- Bad weather.
- Flight or logistics delays.
- Political disruptions.
- Other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Support: In such cases, our customer support team will proactively be in touch with you.

Order Cancellation Due to Delay: The customer can cancel the order at any moment if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If the order is prepaid, the customer will be refunded back to the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on all Prepaid orders.

Cash On Delivery (COD): The COD cost is included in the shipping charges.

COD Booking Amount:
To confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, a ₹79 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
The ₹79 advance is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, or if the order is returned due to non-acceptance by the customer.
If the order is successfully accepted, the ₹79 advance will be adjusted against the total order value. The remaining balance will be payable at the time of delivery.
Example: For an order of ₹999, you will pay ₹79 in advance and ₹920 at the time of delivery.
By placing a COD order, you agree to and accept the above terms.
